Chad was awesome and provided great customer service

I purchased my 2500 HD from Nash Chevrolet in Lawrenceville, GA. Mr. Michel Rutherford was my salesman. He answered all my questions and mostly answered many questions about the truck that I didn't know ask since I haven"t bought a truck since 2002. The buying experience was pleasant and much better than I expected.

I was looking at a Toyota Tacoma and the Chevy Colorado. Test drove both and decided the Colorado was more responsive and had more power. There was too much back & forth at one dealer and the other dealer didn't think I was a serious buyer. I called Nash in Lawrenceville and spoke to Chad and told him I was trying to reach a number and showed him the other two offers. Chad got his manager on the phone, and I told him my number and he agreed. There was no back & forth and the communication process was great. Having gone through the other two ordeals I expected some back & forth when I arrived, but it turned out to be the best car buying experience I have ever had! They were honest, they had most of the paperwork already done via our phone communication, and they were just genuine folks to deal with! I was in and out in less than 2 hours! This included time that a gentleman (Scott) spent time with me in the car to go over dash and setup OnStar. I have purchased 4 automobiles in the past 12 years for kids and wife and my experience at Nash was far above the other experiences!

Got truck service

Overall experience was great. Had gone to another dealership that was being sleazy by adding mandatory optional add ones. This dealership was honest, and upfront with pricing. Burying process was quick.

Had a great experience working with Michael Penoyer on my new truck. Will definitely reach out in the future if the need for another Chevy arises.
